FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers about booking, billing, and service coverage for Milwaukee corporate chauffeur transportation.
How is Milwaukee chauffeur service priced?
Rates depend on vehicle type, distance, wait time, and service level. Airport transfers use flat pricing based on the terminal and pickup address. Hourly charter bills by the time the vehicle is reserved. We quote every trip in advance with taxes and tolls itemized so there are no surprise charges.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least twenty-four hours before the scheduled pickup to avoid a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full trip amount or a minimum fee. Corporate accounts receive itemized cancellation notices. We recommend confirming changes by phone or email as early as possible.
Do you track flights for airport pickups?
Yes. We monitor commercial flight arrivals at Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport and Chicago O'Hare International Airport. Chauffeurs adjust pickup timing when flights land early or are delayed. For domestic arrivals, we typically include thirty minutes of complimentary wait time. International arrivals may receive up to sixty minutes depending on the booking.
Where do I meet my chauffeur at the airport?
At Milwaukee Mitchell, your chauffeur can meet you curbside or inside the terminal with a name sign. At Chicago O'Hare, pickup zones vary by terminal and traffic conditions. We send gate-level instructions and the chauffeur's phone number before landing. Inside pickup may require an additional fee due to parking.
Can you provide child safety seats?
Yes. Request a forward-facing car seat, booster seat, or infant seat when you book. We need the child's age, weight, and height to match the proper seat. There is a small surcharge per seat. Please request seats at least twenty-four hours in advance so affiliates can install them correctly before pickup.
Is gratuity included in the fare?
Most Milwaukee rides include a standard chauffeur gratuity in the quoted price. Additional tipping is optional and appreciated for outstanding service. Corporate accounts can set custom gratuity policies. Your receipt clearly separates base fare, fees, tolls, and gratuity for expense reporting.
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes. We set up business accounts with centralized billing, monthly invoicing, and ride history reporting. Travel coordinators can book by email, phone, or web form. We support cost centers, reference numbers, and repeat routes. Account riders receive priority scheduling and consistent vehicle standards across Milwaukee trips.
Which areas do you serve around Milwaukee?
We cover Downtown Milwaukee, East Town, Historic Third Ward, Wauwatosa, Brookfield, Whitefish Bay, Bay View, and Menomonee Falls. Service also extends to Chicago O'Hare, Madison, Green Bay, and other regional destinations. Long-distance trips are priced by distance or hourly terms. Contact us to confirm coverage for a specific address.
What vehicles are available?
Our Milwaukee fleet includes executive sedans, SUVs, and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans. Sedans work for one to three passengers with luggage. SUVs accommodate up to six passengers. Sprinter vans seat up to fourteen and are ideal for groups, road shows, and crew transport. All vehicles are nonsmoking and cleaned between rides.
Can I change my booking after it is confirmed?
Yes. Call or email our dispatch team to modify pickup time, address, or vehicle type. Minor changes are usually free if made in advance. Same-day changes may affect pricing or availability. We confirm updates by email and send revised chauffeur details when needed.
Do you accommodate extra luggage or service animals?
Standard luggage allowances are based on vehicle type. Larger items, ski equipment, or multiple bags may require an SUV or van. Service animals are welcome at no charge under applicable regulations. Please disclose oversized luggage when booking so we assign the right vehicle and avoid delays.
Are you available during holidays and major Milwaukee events?
Yes. We operate twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays and event weekends. Summerfest, Brewers games, and conventions increase demand, so advance booking is strongly recommended. Peak event pricing may apply. Corporate accounts receive priority scheduling during high-demand periods.
What does hourly service cost in Milwaukee?
Hourly service is $120 per hour for a sedan and $150 per hour for an SUV, with a three-hour minimum. S-Class service starts from $230 per hour and Sprinter service from $240 per hour; the booking form confirms the final price for those vehicles.
What is the lowest fare for a one-way trip?
Point-to-point trips start at $130 in a sedan and $160 in an SUV. Longer trips are quoted by distance.
Do you offer wedding transportation?
Yes. Couples usually book an S-Class or sedan and wedding parties a Sprinter, by the hour, from the getting-ready location through to the reception.
Do you operate stretch limousines?
No. We provide chauffeured sedans, SUVs, the Mercedes-Benz S-Class and Sprinter vans.
