Our national dispatch network coordinates these shuttles through vetted local affiliates. We provide scheduled loops, on-demand service, and dedicated routes for attendees throughout the event. Service can connect Wisconsin Center with downtown hotels, the airport, restaurants, and partner venues across the city. Wisconsin Center completed a major expansion and renovation in 2020, adding meeting and ballroom space downtown. The facility sits along North 4th Street and West Wisconsin Avenue in the city center. We work with meeting planners to set manifests, pickup times, and backup contact numbers. Multiple vehicle sizes are available, from sedans to full-size passenger shuttles.
Associations, exhibitors, and corporate meeting planners use these shuttles most.
Medical associations, trade shows, hospitality expos, and sales kickoffs are common users of the service. Hotels served include Hyatt Regency Milwaukee, Hilton City Center, the Pfister, and the Iron Horse Hotel. Off-site dinners often move to Potawatomi Hotel & Casino or the Historic Third Ward. Exhibitors need morning and evening move-in and move-out runs for booth materials and staff. Corporate groups run loops between headquarters and the convention center during multi-day meetings. Spring and fall are the busiest convention seasons in Milwaukee. Medical meetings in early summer and the Wisconsin Restaurant Show also drive shuttle demand.
Shuttle pricing is based on vehicle size, hours, and route distance.
24-passenger shuttle service starts at $165 per hour with a four-hour minimum. Sedan or SUV group transfers start at $160 for nearby hotels and venues. Dedicated daily loop service starts at $750 per day for a single vehicle. Multiple vehicles on the same event receive discounted daily rates. Tolls, parking, and driver gratuity are added to the quoted price. Quotes include the vehicle, driver, and fuel for the contracted block. Overtime beyond the contracted block is billed in hourly increments.
Loading dock congestion at Wisconsin Center can delay curbside pickup.
During major move-in and move-out, freight traffic blocks loading dock access. Drivers may need to stage on adjacent streets such as North 4th Street or West Wisconsin Avenue. We coordinate by phone and text to find the closest legal pickup point. Large banners and street closures during events can add extra walking distance for attendees. We cannot park in loading zones reserved for freight and exhibitor vehicles. For big shows, we suggest planning pickup times 15 minutes after sessions end. This reduces wait time and avoids the worst congestion.
