Our national dispatch network arranges these rides through vetted local affiliate operators in Milwaukee. We cover meet-and-greet service at baggage claim or simple curbside pickup, active flight tracking, and luggage assistance. Service reaches downtown Milwaukee, East Town, the Historic Third Ward, Wauwatosa, Brookfield, Whitefish Bay, and Menomonee Falls. Longer transfers also run to Chicago O'Hare, Madison, and Kenosha on a flat-rate basis. MKE sits about eight miles south of downtown via the I-94, I-43, and I-794 corridor. General Mitchell International Airport is the only commercial airport serving the greater Milwaukee metropolitan area.
Business travelers, visitors, and local residents book airport transfers for reliable pickups and drop-offs.
Attorneys, consultants, nurses, meeting planners, and out-of-town guests use this service most often. Corporate travelers prefer a reserved car over rideshare surge pricing during storms and major events. Wedding parties and family visitors also book transfers for rehearsal dinners and weekend celebrations across the city. Demand rises during Summerfest, large conventions, Bucks and Brewers games, and winter snowstorms. Summerfest takes place at Henry Maier Festival Park and runs for nine days in late June and early July. The I-94 corridor between MKE and downtown carries heavy traffic and is subject to ongoing construction zones. Lake-effect snow can slow the drive in winter, especially on the bridges near the airport.
Pricing is based on route, vehicle type, and any extra stops or wait time.
Sedan transfers to East Town and the Historic Third Ward start at $130 for a one-way ride. Downtown and Whitefish Bay sedan rides start at $130, while Wauwatosa starts at $130. Brookfield starts at $130, and Menomonee Falls starts at $130 for sedan service. Chicago O'Hare transfers start at $295, Madison at $225, and Kenosha at $135. SUVs and vans cost more because they carry larger groups and additional luggage. Quotes include the vehicle, driver, fuel, and standard insurance coverage. Tolls, parking, gratuity, and additional stops are added to the final invoice.
We cannot accept same-day walk-up rides at MKE.
We need a reservation to assign an affiliate driver and set up proper flight tracking. Same-day requests may be turned down if local cars are already committed to other trips. We also cannot guarantee curb space during peak arrival banks or severe weather events. Curbside pickup at MKE requires coordination through the airport's designated commercial vehicle zones. Drivers wait in the cell phone lot until your bags are ready and you call for pickup. Last-minute international arrivals may face longer customs waits than our standard grace period covers.
