Point-to-point floors
One-way trips are quoted flat from the pickup address and destination. On this market no point-to-point trip is quoted below $130 in a sedan or $160 in an SUV; longer trips, including intercity runs to Chicago O'Hare, Madison and Kenosha, are priced by distance. What can change a quote
The quote you approve is the price for the trip as booked. These are the things that change it.
- Additional stops or a change of destination after booking.
- Waiting time beyond the included window, billed at the hourly rate.
- Early-morning pickups before 6:00 a.m. and oversized luggage that needs a larger vehicle.
- Event and holiday dates when demand is high, such as Summerfest and major convention weeks.
S-Class and Sprinter pricing
The S-Class and Sprinter figures are starting rates. The booking form confirms the final price for your date, which can vary with taxes, tolls and availability.
Cancellations and changes
Cancel at least twenty-four hours before pickup and there is no charge. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full trip amount or a minimum fee. Changes to time, address or vehicle are usually free when made in advance; call or email dispatch and we confirm the update in writing.
