Our national dispatch network arranges hourly charter through vetted Milwaukee-area affiliates. You control the route and the stops during your reserved window. This service is ideal for brewery tours, wedding shuttles, real estate showings, and dinner nights on the town. The Milwaukee Art Museum's Quadracci Pavilion, designed by Santiago Calatrava, opened to the public in 2001. Lakefront Brewery sits in the former Schlitz brewing complex along the Milwaukee River. Sedans, SUVs, and sprinter vans are all available by the hour. Most charters begin and end in downtown Milwaukee or at a hotel of your choice.

Wedding parties, visitors, and real estate professionals book hourly charters around Milwaukee.

Brewery and distillery tours run through the Historic Third Ward, Walker's Point, and Bay View neighborhoods. Wedding parties use charters to move guests between hotels, ceremony sites, and reception venues without parking stress. Real estate agents show homes from Whitefish Bay to Wauwatosa with the same driver waiting outside. Seniors schedule medical appointments and shopping trips with a familiar car and chauffeur. Concertgoers hit Pabst Theater, Riverside Theater, and Turner Hall Ballroom on the same night. Wedding season runs from May through October, and patio tours peak in June through August. Holiday light tours and brewery crawls keep the service busy in November and December.

Rates are charged by the hour with a minimum commitment.

Sedan hourly charter starts at $130 with a three-hour minimum. SUVs start at $240 per hour, and sprinter vans start at $240 per hour with a four-hour minimum. Extensions are billed in quarter-hour increments once the reserved window ends. Tolls, parking, and driver gratuity are added to the final bill at cost. Wait time beyond the reserved window is charged at the same hourly rate. Quotes are all-inclusive of vehicle, driver, and fuel for the contracted time. Large groups should book sprinters early because van availability is limited.

Extending your charter on the spot may not be possible if the vehicle has another booking.

We run a scheduled fleet through affiliates, so each vehicle has a confirmed next trip. If you want extra hours, tell us as early as possible so we can block the time. Otherwise, the driver may need to leave promptly to cover the next reservation. Drivers cannot skip their next confirmed trip to extend yours without dispatch approval. Holiday weekends and wedding Saturdays book up fastest across the fleet. We recommend adding an extra hour to your original reservation if your plans are uncertain. This avoids the risk of being stranded at the end of the night.

What an hourly booking covers

An hourly charter reserves one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of time. Inside that block you decide the stops and the order, and the car waits while you are inside a meeting, a restaurant or a venue. It removes parking from the evening entirely and keeps coats, bags and shopping in the vehicle between stops.

Every hourly booking has a three-hour minimum. If you think the day may run long, add the hour when you book rather than on the night, because the vehicle may already be committed to its next reservation.

Ways people use a few hours in Milwaukee

These are examples of how a block of time is often spent, not fixed packages. Tell us the plan and we will suggest a realistic running order.

  • A Third Ward afternoon: lunch near the Milwaukee Public Market, the Harley-Davidson Museum in the Menomonee Valley, then the lakefront and the Milwaukee Art Museum.
  • A house-hunting day across Whitefish Bay, Shorewood and Wauwatosa with the same chauffeur waiting outside each showing.
  • An evening out: dinner in Walker's Point, a show at the Pabst Theater or Riverside Theater, and a ride home without watching the clock on a parking meter.
  • A brewery afternoon in the Historic Third Ward, Walker's Point and Bay View, with everyone riding together in a Sprinter.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a minimum number of hours?

Yes. Sedans require a three-hour minimum, and sprinter vans require four hours.

Can we make unplanned stops during the charter?

Yes, within your reserved time. Additional time beyond the window is billed in quarter-hour increments.

Do you provide route suggestions for brewery tours?

Yes. We can suggest stops in the Third Ward, Walker's Point, and along the Milwaukee River.

Is hourly or a flat transfer better value?

For one trip from A to B, a flat point-to-point quote is usually cheaper. Once you have two or more stops, or need the vehicle to wait, hourly booking with the three-hour minimum tends to cost less and removes the timing risk.

Can the vehicle wait while we are inside a venue?

Yes. Waiting is part of an hourly booking. The chauffeur stays with the vehicle, or nearby where standing is not allowed, and meets you at an agreed point when you text.
