Building the day around the vehicles
Start with the ceremony time and work backwards and forwards from it. Most couples book one car for themselves and one larger vehicle for the wedding party, then decide whether guests need a shuttle between hotels and the reception.
- Couple: a Mercedes-Benz S-Class or E-Class sedan, held by the hour from the getting-ready location through photographs to the reception entrance.
- Wedding party: a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter keeps up to fourteen people together, with room for dresses, garment bags and flowers.
- Parents and grandparents: a Cadillac Escalade seats six and is easier to step into than a van.
- Guests: a Sprinter running between the hotel block and the venue at set times, so nobody drives after the reception.
Ceremony, photo and reception stops around the city
Milwaukee weddings often use downtown churches such as the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist on Cathedral Square in East Town, or the Basilica of St. Josaphat on the south side. Popular photo stops include the lakefront around the Milwaukee Art Museum, Lake Park on the East Side and the terraces at Villa Terrace. Receptions run from downtown hotels such as the Pfister to converted warehouse spaces in the Historic Third Ward and Walker's Point.
Each of those places has its own stopping rules. Cathedral Square is ringed by one-way streets with short standing zones, lakefront roads close for summer festivals, and Third Ward side streets are narrow for a large van. We walk through the timeline with you before the day and name a stopping point at every stop.

What wedding transportation costs
Weddings use the published hourly rates with a three-hour minimum. A common booking is an S-Class for the couple for four hours and a Sprinter for the wedding party for five hours, which starts from $920 for the S-Class and $1,200 for the Sprinter before taxes and tolls. S-Class and Sprinter prices are starting rates; the booking form confirms the final price for your date.
- Executive sedan (Mercedes-Benz E-Class, up to 3 riders): $120 per hour, three-hour minimum, so a minimum booking of $360.
- Luxury SUV (Cadillac Escalade, up to 6 riders): $150 per hour, three-hour minimum, so a minimum booking of $450.
- First-class sedan (Mercedes-Benz S-Class): from $230 per hour with a three-hour minimum; the booking form confirms the final price for your date.
- Executive van (Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, up to 14 riders): from $240 per hour with a three-hour minimum; the booking form confirms the final price for your date.

When to book and how the day is confirmed
Wedding season in Milwaukee runs from May through October, and Saturdays in June, August and September fill first, especially when Summerfest or a Brewers home game falls on the same weekend. Reserve the vehicles as soon as the venue is confirmed, then send the final running order, addresses and a day-of contact about a week before. You receive chauffeur names and vehicle details ahead of the day.
If the day runs long, tell us as early as you can. Extra time depends on whether the vehicle has another booking afterwards, so adding an hour at booking is the safer choice when the reception timing is uncertain.
