How route fares work
Each route page lists a starting fare for a sedan and an SUV, the usual drive time and the roads the chauffeur normally takes. The fare is flat for the trip as booked: no meter and no surge pricing on event nights or in bad weather. Extra stops, extended waiting or a different vehicle change the quote, and the written confirmation shows the final figure.
Airport routes start at Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport and finish in the neighborhood you choose, and the same fares apply in reverse for departures. Intercity routes to Chicago O'Hare, Madison and Kenosha are priced by distance.
Route fare or hourly booking?
A route fare covers one trip from A to B. If you need the car to wait, or the day has two or more stops, hourly service is usually better value: $120 per hour for a sedan and $150 for an SUV, with a three-hour minimum. A Madison meeting with a same-day return, or an O'Hare pickup followed by a plant visit, are typical examples where hourly wins.

Timing notes for the busiest roads
Drive times on each route page assume normal traffic. These are the places where that changes.
- Marquette Interchange: the downtown junction of I-94, I-43 and I-794, slow in both rush hours.
- Mitchell Interchange: eastbound I-94 toward downtown backs up most weekdays from about 3:30 to 6:30 p.m.
- Zoo Interchange: the western gateway for Wauwatosa, Brookfield and Menomonee Falls trips.
- Stadium Interchange: post-game traffic after Brewers games often takes 30 to 50 minutes to clear.
- Lakefront and I-794: Summerfest closes Lincoln Memorial Drive and backs traffic onto I-794 late at night.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are route fares the same in both directions?
Generally yes. A departure from the neighborhood to MKE is quoted on the same basis as the arrival.
What if my address is not on a listed route?
We quote any address in Greater Milwaukee. The listed routes are the most common, not the only ones.
Can I use a route fare with a Sprinter?
Sprinter trips are quoted separately because of the vehicle size. Call dispatch or book online for a Sprinter quote.
