Choosing the right vehicle
Count passengers first, then bags. A sedan works for one to three riders with a suitcase each. Once the group reaches four, or anyone is carrying ski equipment, golf bags or large cases, the SUV is the better choice. Groups of seven to fourteen usually travel together in the Sprinter rather than splitting across several cars. The S-Class is about the ride itself: more rear legroom and a quieter cabin for executives, VIP guests and couples on their wedding day.
- Airport runs for one or two travelers: E-Class sedan.
- Family airport trips and winter travel with gear: Cadillac Escalade.
- Executive and VIP travel, wedding couples: Mercedes-Benz S-Class.
- Road shows, wedding parties and group arrivals: Mercedes-Benz Sprinter.
Vehicle standards
Every vehicle is non-smoking and cleaned between rides, and arrives fueled and inspected. Amenities include bottled water, phone chargers and climate control. Because we work through vetted local affiliate operators, the exact model year and color can vary slightly by date; the class you book is the class that arrives.
Child safety seats are available on request. Tell us the child's age, weight and height when booking, at least twenty-four hours in advance; a small per-seat surcharge applies.
