A sedan from Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE) to downtown Milwaukee starts at $130. An SUV starts at $160. These are base point-to-point rates for standard pickup and drop-off. Tolls, parking, wait time, and gratuity are added separately. Corporate accounts with net billing are available upon request.
Which roads do we take?
Most trips head north on Howell Avenue, then merge onto I-43 North toward the downtown core. We typically exit at McKinley Avenue, Highland Avenue, or Lincoln Memorial Drive depending on your hotel or office. Some runs use I-794 East when your destination sits east of the Milwaukee River. The final streets are usually Water Street, Wisconsin Avenue, or Prospect Avenue.
How long does the ride take?
Expect 15 to 25 minutes during normal traffic. Rush hour on I-43 can extend the trip to 30 or 40 minutes. Summerfest, Bucks games at Fiserv Forum, and Wisconsin Center conventions add significant congestion near the lakefront. Late-night arrivals after 10 p.m. usually move quickly.
When should I add a buffer?
Add 15 minutes for weekday morning rush between 7 and 9 a.m. Add 20 to 30 minutes on game nights or festival evenings. The Wisconsin State Fair in West Allis also backs up nearby arterial roads. Winter weather from December through March can slow the drive. Tell us your exact address so we can route around closures or events.
What vehicles are available?
Sedans work well for one or two passengers with standard luggage. SUVs fit three to four passengers, multiple bags, or trade show equipment. We can arrange vans or minibuses through our affiliate network for larger groups. Vehicles are operated by local chauffeurs.
